Errors & friction insights
Rage clicks, dead clicks, and other automatically detected friction patterns.
AI insightsPro
Friction and rage-click detection is available on Pro and above.
This view surfaces friction the SDK detects automatically without any configuration:
- Rage clicks — rapid repeated clicks on the same element, usually meaning something looks interactive and isn't responding.
- Dead clicks — clicks on non-interactive elements, usually meaning something looks clickable and isn't.
- Quick-backs — a visitor lands on a page and immediately reverses, meaning the link promised something the page didn't deliver.
- Rapid scrolling — scanning frantically for something that should have been easy to find.
Each pattern is grouped by the page and element it happened on, with a direct link into an affected session.
