Will the SDK slow down my site?
The loader is async and the SDK batches events off the main thread's critical path, flushing every 500ms and pausing while the tab is idle. It should not affect your Core Web Vitals — and since Performance measures real visits, you can verify that claim against your own data.
Does DeepSync record passwords or card numbers?
No. Passwords, payment fields, and text inputs are masked in the browser before transmission, so the real values never reach our servers. You can mask additional elements yourself — see PII masking.
Do I need a cookie banner?
That depends on your jurisdiction and what else you run. DeepSync supports consent-required mode so it can wait for your banner, but whether you need one is a question for your legal counsel.
Can I track more than one site?
Yes — create a project per site. Free plans get one project, Pro ten, Business fifty, Enterprise unlimited.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It remains subject to your retention window and is deleted on the normal schedule. Export anything you want to keep before cancelling.
Is the AI trained on my data?
Your analytics are queried at answer time to ground responses; they are not used to train a shared model. Pulse's numbers come from deterministic detectors in code, and the model only narrates them.
Can I self-host?
Not currently. Enterprise offers data residency options if where the data lives is the underlying concern.
