Why don't these numbers match my other analytics?
DeepSync and GA will never agree, and here's why that's expected.
My session count is lower than Google Analytics.
Different tools define a session differently, and consent mode changes what each one records. If DeepSync is consent-required and GA is not, DeepSync sees strictly fewer visits — by design.
Bounce rate looks different.
DeepSync counts a bounce as a single-page visit with no meaningful interaction. Tools that count any single-page visit as a bounce will report a higher number for the same traffic.
A campaign shows as direct traffic.
The link probably lost its UTM tags — a redirect stripped them, or the ad platform auto-tagged with a click ID instead. See Marketing analytics for how channels are resolved.
Sessions stopped appearing partway through the month.
Almost always the plan session cap. Check Billing.
Replays are missing for older sessions.
Retention. Replay chunks are purged on your project's retention window, and the window shrinks if you downgrade.
Timestamps look shifted by a few hours.
Times are displayed in your browser's local timezone. If you're comparing against a report generated in UTC, expect an offset.
