I installed the snippet but see no data

Troubleshooting & FAQ

Wrong project selected. Check the project switcher in the top bar — this is the most common cause by a wide margin, and the easiest to dismiss.
Consent never granted. If tracking mode is consent-required (the default), the SDK records nothing until deepsync("consent", true) fires. Wire it to your cookie banner.
Script not on the page. Open DevTools → Network on your live site and filter for "deepsync". No request at all means the tag isn't rendering — check you edited the shared layout, not one page.
Blocked by CSP or an ad blocker. A blocked request shows in the console. Allow the ingest origin in script-src and connect-src, and test in a browser without blocking extensions.
Session limit reached. Check Billing — recording stops for the rest of the month at your plan's cap.
