Verifying your installation

How to confirm the SDK is live, and what to check when it isn't.

Getting started
  1. Open your live site in a normal browser tab (not an incognito window with tracking protection cranked up).
  2. Open DevTools → Network and filter for "deepsync". You should see the loader script return 200, then a second request for the SDK bundle.
  3. Interact with the page for a few seconds, then look for POST requests to the ingest endpoint returning 200.
  4. In DeepSync, open Sessions. Your visit should appear within a few seconds.

A project shows as "verified" in Settings once its first real session lands, so that badge is the quickest confirmation that everything is wired end to end.

If your project's tracking mode is consent-required (the default), replay does not record until a consent signal arrives. A missing consent call is by far the most common reason a correctly installed SDK produces no replays — see Consent modes.
