Journeys shows a flow diagram of the pages and events visitors actually pass through, starting from a chosen entry point, with the most-travelled paths weighted more heavily.
Use it for the open-ended question — "where do people go after X?" — and use funnels once you already know the path you want to test. Journeys frequently reveals a route you never thought to model as a funnel.
