Live session view is available on Pro and above. Free plans see sessions once they've finished.
Filter the session list to "Live" to see visitors currently on your site. Opening a live session streams events in real time over SSE rather than polling, so playback is only a beat or two behind the real browser.
This is what makes proactive support possible: pair it with the chat inbox and you can watch someone struggle with a form and open a conversation before they give up and leave.
Co-browse — an admin seeing a live cursor and "spotlighting" moments back to the visitor — is support tooling still marked MVP in the codebase. Its control-room connection isn't authenticated yet, so treat it as internal/demo-only until that's hardened.
