DeepSync maintains a persistent anonymous visitor profile, independent of individual sessions, so it can report true unique-visitor counts rather than session counts. Open a visitor's detail view to see every session they've had stitched into one timeline.
Use identify() in the SDK to attach known user attributes once someone logs in — after that you can search for a specific customer by your own user ID or email and watch everything they've ever done.
