Install via Google Tag Manager

When you can't touch the site's code — with one caveat about consent.

Platform guides
  1. In GTM, create a new tag of type Custom HTML.
  2. Paste the loader snippet as the tag's HTML.
  3. Set the trigger to All Pages — Initialization is better still if your container offers it, since it fires earliest.
  4. Save and publish the container.

GTM adds a delay before the tag fires, so the very first moments of a page load may be missed. If a native tag in your HTML head is an option at all, prefer it — reserve GTM for sites where you genuinely can't deploy code.
If your GTM container is wired to a consent management platform, make sure the DeepSync tag is allowed to fire under whichever consent category you've classified it as — otherwise it will silently never load for consenting visitors either.
