Appearance

SettingWhat it does
Bot nameThe name shown in the widget header — usually your product or a persona name.
Bot subtitleThe line under the name. Good place for "Typically replies instantly" or your hours.
Icon sourcefavicon uses your site's own icon, custom uses the avatar URL you supply, deepsync uses the DeepSync mark.
Bot avatar URLUsed when icon source is set to custom.
Theme colour / text colourThe widget's accent and the text drawn on it. Set both — a dark accent with dark text is unreadable.
PositionLeft or right corner of the viewport.
Show brandingWhether "Powered by DeepSync" appears. Removing it requires the branding-removal entitlement.

Behaviour

SettingWhat it does
EnabledMaster switch. Off means the loader serves no widget at all.
Launcher modelauncher shows a persistent bubble the visitor can click. manual shows nothing until something opens it — autonomous mode, or you, from the inbox.
Welcome messageThe first thing the visitor sees when the widget opens.
Offline messageShown outside your configured hours, when no one is available to take over.
Quick repliesSuggested prompts shown as buttons. Use them to steer people towards questions you know the bot answers well.
manual launcher mode plus autonomous triggers is the low-annoyance combination: no bubble following people around, and the widget only appears at the moment someone is visibly stuck.
