Autonomous mode — proactive outreach
Let the widget open itself when a visitor is visibly stuck — with guardrails.
Autonomous mode uses the friction signals DeepSync already detects — rage clicks, dead ends, long hesitation — to decide when to open the widget with a relevant message, instead of interrupting everyone on a timer.
Goal
Pick support, leads, or sales. The goal decides which triggers are eligible and what the default messages say, so set it before tuning anything else.
Guardrails
| Setting | What it prevents |
|---|---|
| Sensitivity | How eager the triggers are. Start low and raise it — an over-eager widget is worse than no widget. |
| Max nudges | The cap on outreach per visitor, so nobody gets pestered repeatedly. |
| Minimum seconds | How long a visitor must be on the page before anything can fire. |
| Cooldown seconds | The enforced gap between two nudges. |
| Quiet paths | Pages where the widget never opens itself — checkout and payment pages belong here. |
| Active hours | The window during which outreach is allowed, so it doesn't fire when nobody can take over. |
The holdout — proving it works
A holdout percentage deliberately leaves a slice of eligible visitors alone as a control group. The stats panel compares lead rate between engaged and holdout visitors and reports the lift in percentage points.
Per-trigger control
Each trigger can be disabled individually or given custom message text, and the stats panel breaks down fires, engagement, leads, and handoffs per trigger — so you can turn off the one that's firing constantly and converting nobody.
